FAQs

Which country do you produce/ship from?

For both US and international orders, all our t-shirts are printed and shipped from US.

Your shipping policy says it takes around 10 days for US delivery, does it really take that long?

Great question!
For US shipping, we have purposely left some wiggle room in case something happens especially during holidays season. While we estimate it to be around 10 days, it usually takes much less time than that (6 to 8 days). But we do encourage our customers to order earlier if you’re in a hurry to receive the tee 🚚👕

What if my t-shirt doesn’t fit?

We know sizing can be tricky, it is essential to double-check with our size chart to compare with your favorite tee at home to find the best size for you. If you still encounter problems, please email us at support@botanomyshop.com 

What if I’m not satisfied with the tee?

We’re a small team that puts care into every order, while we normally refund only for damaged and defective items, we want every customer to be 100% happy.
